We moved residence this weekend. We're now living in a small apartment. But it's walking distance from my kids' school and to the shuttle service to Makati. And my wife can walk to the market. And a covered basketball court just across the street.
Several downsides: I don't have a computer at home at the moment; not enough electrical outlets; the toilet and bath can't accommodate two consenting adults for couple shower (DAMN!); no TV for the next month or so; and we have more cabinets than apartment space.
Oh well, life moves...
